Pedelecs have an electric motor that assists pedalling. These bicycles cannot be driven by the motor itself. The motor only functions provided the cyclist pedals himself.

Day 05 - Transporter

The suitcase contains my cd-player, amplifier, wires and speaker boxes. I went to work like this once a week for over 10 years. Nowadays the classes I teach are to far to go by bike. But today I had a workshop a few blocks from my house.

Day 04 - Personalized

Painting and or decorating your bike is a way to express yourselve but also used to prevent your bike from being stolen.

Day 03 - Tyred

Another day of snow. The main roads are clean but the first (and last) 100 meters to and from my house are less easy to ride.

Day 02 - Protection

It was snowing all day as you can see. A very cheap way to protect your bottom from getting wet is the good old plastic bag.

Day 01 - Displaced

I went out in the freezing cold by bike to find this abandoned bicycle. I think the owner had quite a party last night.
