Final Day - Light

My lucky day : The ray of light on a not so sunny day lasted less than 5 minutes, all I needed to capture this moment.

Day 31 - Visitor

When you live in the city you can either drag your bike up the stairs of your home, ride an old bike and park it outside using multiple locks or remove your sadle when visiting a friend (and lock it to a fence of course)

Day 30 - Backlight

Look, the frontlight has turned backwards on this bike.

Day 29 - Bondage

Most bikestraps have boring shades of gray, brown and/or darkblue but if you set your mind to it you can find something more colourful.

Day 28 - Fundamental

Finding the perfect saddle is a challenge in itself.

Day 27 - Disconnected

No front wheel, half a steer, rusted locks locking nothing in particular ... a sad and lost bike in the parking of a cityhospital.

Day 26 - Waiting

Probably owned by a waitress of the restaurant that is inside this building as I have seen it almost every time I came past this place.

Day 25 - Cruiser

Aka oxheadsteer adds comfort and speed when cycling longer distances.

Day 24 - Training

Practice makes perfect, so does starting on a tricycle at a young age.

Day 23 - Anti-shock

Cool bikes have shock absorbers.

Day 22 - Uncomfortable

I wonder why the saddle is missing. Was it stolen or removed to prevent theft?

Day 21 - Heroes

Whatever the weather is, newspapers, snailmail, advertisement leaflets are mainly delivered by bike.

Mailman and mailwoman are adults who also deliver larger parcels by car. Delivering newspapers and advertisement leaflets is the first job for a lot of teenagers as its one of the few jobs allowed for 13 year olds.

Day 20 - Power

A dynamo provides power for your lamp while cycling when the cables are properly connected.

Day 19 - Nostalgia

A 30something racingbike, a Peugeot with Carrerabrakes.

Day 18 - GoGreen

This type of bike normally has a plastic crate to transport whatever you want transport. The handles, not visible, look like being made of wood as well and the frame has been painted green.

Day 17 - Abandoned

This poor thing was laying on the side of the road after a night when taxiservices were down due to glazed frost on the roads.

Day 16 - Statement

You can use any part of your bike to express your opinions.

Day 15 - Recycling

I found this parked but not locked at the local sports centre that hosts the gymclasses for most of the schools in my village.

Day 14 - Lifeline

There may be a risk being fined when riding this bike in the dark.

Day 13 - Radiant

It was a typical "wednesday the 13th" and "Murphy's Law" day. Less than an hour before the deadline I parked my bike in front of the white garagedoor, one wheel in the snow, lit it with the car's headlights and the safetylight above the door et voilà.
